Simply, whatever you want! But remember to send an image of the background so that the illustrator can capture it perfectly, or tell us the place if it is a city or monument (Eiffel Tower etc).  

Absolutely. By having paid for the design, it is automatically yours, it does not have any type of use limitation. 

The more photos the better! Remember that our artists will capture the photographs you send (you can send the people separately) make clarifications or include other details in the description. The more details you give us the better! In fact, photos of the face and body of each person should be included as well as the animals or objects that you want to appear in the design. 

Well, pets are people too! We'll capture every detailed aspect of your special one and make sure s/he comes out as beautiful as they are in real life :)

Of course, send us photos of their faces or full body (depending on what you want) and we will draw you all in one full picture in a timeless masterpiece.

If you've ordered a physical poster / canvas, we'll send you a tracking link to your email address once your image has been printed and dispatched from our printing partners for tracking purposes.

Kindly give our shipping provider 3 - 10 days to deliver the portrait to your doorstep.

We accept modifications of the portrait without any surcharge as long as they are designer errors: for example, 

- not having included details for which you have paid or are free and you have specified them in the description of your order

- small modifications of features that the illustrator has not captured; errors of the illustrator due to details written in the description and that do not appear in the illustration

In the event that the client doesn't feel properly illustrated, keep in mind that it is a handcrafted, personal work and that each illustrator may vary his style with respect to another (always within the style with which we work).

We will however always try to fix it as far as possible. It is your responsibility to specify all the details you want in your order in the description of the photographs. Any detail not included will not be assumed by our artist and will generate additional charges if the client requires changes.  

No, we do not accept returns, since it is a personalized and non-transferable work. You can however be given an equivalent amount as discount when ordering any work from Toonized in the future.

Depending on the volume of work your digital portrait is sent between 7 and 10 days (including weekends and holidays).

If you placed the rush order, you will receive it in a maximum of 36 hours, failure of which we shall automatically upgrade your order e.g. If you ordered a 10" x 8" canvas, we shall send you a 14" x 11" canvas instead.

Our portrait is sent to you depending on the order you select. We offer the following options.

         - Digital Image

         - Canvas Portrait

         - Framed Poster

         - Unframed Poster

If you select the digital image, it will be sent to you via email once the illustration has been completed. It'll be in a high definition format to enable you to print it on anything you like e.g. Mugs, posters, iPhone cases etc.
